Projects that influenced the judges included a revamp of the front of house catering facilities at Bournemouth Hospital, a full transformation of Max’s Brasserie in Southampton, an upgraded commercial kitchen at The Boathouse in Swanick, as well as a redesign of the front of house Old Harry Rocks Bar at the NICI Hotel in Bournemouth.
